Not so good. I'm pretty sure I've got food poisoning from my meal there yesterday...

The rice has a very odd flavor. Not something I'd want to try again. The bourbon chicken and jalapeno chicken are pretty good.

The Asian lady with the bowl haircut needs to be wearing a hat like all the rest of the employees. Looks like a family operated business. If she's the manager..she should be setting a better example. Just because you're in charge doesn't mean you don't have to cover your head.. With that horrible bowl cut..you should be happy to wear a hat... Hair looks horrendous. I guess that's the Asian look.

This place should not be calling itself a Cajun Grill. It has Asian style food that really is not all that good. The meal came with two sides and a couple of the sides that they pointed to that were available with the combo we're $0.50 extra. I would highly suggest going to a different place in this food court

Rude staff! I felt rushed and the Moron didn't give me a chance to look at the menu or food over to decide. Really.. their rating is much higher than it deserves.

The gave me a free sample and the Honey Jalapeño Chicken is fire, I recommend it.

I'm from Louisiana, so I eat Cajun food all the time, and I can confirm this is not a Cajun restaurant, it's Asian.

It was pretty good. What I ate was only a taste of someone else's meal so it may not have been what I would have ordered. Seasoning was good and I'd probably eat there again given the chance. It beats eating at any of the other restaurant styles you can find everywhere else.

The food was good, the staffs were friendly. It was a good deal for $8 a meal, it was a big portion. The food tasted better than other Chinese food in the mall.

I will never go back here the employees are so rude and they rush you to order. That is coming from someone who is pretty quick at looking at a menu and ordering. The food also wasn't even good and I'm pretty sure It made me sick to my stomach. There are better options in the mall.

I got 2 orders from Cajun grill on 07/11/2019 evening.. My daughter and I both got food poisoning from this place.. tried calling them yesterday day 07/12/2019 and today on07/13/2019 to speak to the manager to report the food poisoning and was unable to speak to someone. My next call will be to the state of Tennessee food inspection department.

Cajun? Really? I'm from the deep South and Cajun is less about food and more about a way of life. Not only does the place itself not feel Cajun but the food is not even close to what you would find in Louisiana.

I go here once a week and get the jalapeno chicken and yum yum sauce! It is AMAZING and cheap!

Not so great of food, good price and samples. The food was too overpowering and too moist.

The staff was rude, the person that assisted me spoke so softly I had to ask him to repeat it twice. I wouldn’t recommend the bourbon chicken it had very little flavor. The menu that they have in about half of what they actually have there.

I was at Opry Mills with my husband last night shopping for Christmas. We decide to go to the food court. I went to Cajun Grill. It was my first time ever being there, and so i asked a couple of questions. Then i proceeded to order. The lady and the guy that was helping me were both rushing to get people through... not even giving me a chance to look around. And the guy was very rude. After he got me my food he looked over to the lady next to him and mumbled "She's stupid." Well... im sorry? I guess? I've never been there before and I've had a really long and exhausting day. I understand working during the holiday season can suck, but that doesn't mean take it out on your customers. I will not be returning. I have co-workers that said when they've been there, the employees were just as rude, if not more rude.

The employees were incredibly rude! I would give this place a -5 if I could. They acted like they were too good to answer any questions I had. One lady literally waved food in front of my face. Another employee rushed me when there wasn’t even anyone else in line. The woman, or I would say child, that waved the food in front of me also busted out laughing at me for who knows what. I will definitely not be returning. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The guy handing samples out said no free samples to me but he hands them out!!! Very rude staff and not Cajun at all! They should go to new Orleans and eat real Cajun food! Panda express is so much better than this place. Don't eat here i don't and never will

The chicken is really good compared to the other shops, however the guy working there gave me mixed vegetables instead of noodles. The mixed veggies was just gross cabbage, gross carrots, but REALLY good broccoli.

Our favorite...they always give samples..before you buy..Bourbon Chicken is best..so much food for $$ $6.79 for one combo..meat and 2 sides can fill up 2 people no need to buy 2 combos. Save $$ and split one Combo definitely enough for 2 people for a full meal..we will be back again..

Lot of food for 6.59. Bourbon chicken and Cajun potatoes are excellent.

Had the worst experience the owner or said to be was super rude and not professional at all I asked about being over charged for getting half rice half noodles which I was going to pay for. And she yells out we don’t do that and screaming out her lungs while all the rest of the people in line watched I had already handed her my card to pay while she still kept screaming at the end I just took my card and left the food this has had to be the worst and unprofessional experience ever . As a paying customer I should receive some respect.

I like their sauce for the chicken. Good place to try, prices are fair as well.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!As you can see there’s a trend in the reviews and I wish I looked them up before I wasted my money at this place. The employees are extremely rude, they rush you to order, pass out cold samples, and when you ask them questions they’re not helpful. I’m never coming back here. The food is average at best so don’t waste your time.

If I could rate this place 0, I would. Based on this experience.. The food was good until I discovered a hair. All the employees need to prepare and serve food with either a hat or hair net. Compared to other Chinese restaurants, this taste more authentic, however it may not be.. Maybe just seasoned well...but what's the point if you find hair hanging around. Do BETTER!!!!
